- Marketing Manager
- Associate Forensic Examiner
The Marketing Communications manager will create content in a collaborative production environment working with our CEO to bolster our online web presence. You are adept at developing and executing on fresh, conversational copy that converts. You are well-versed in both advertorial and editorial writing, able to flex your voice to fit the target audience and business objective across channels. You will also provide administrative support to our CEO and serve as the first line contact with inbound callers helping to triage important calls to our CEO. You also will be called upon to assist with client projects when necessary.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with identifying potential clients to be on our video blog show
- Manage deployment of original content to our website and various corporate social media accounts
- Build and maintain our client database and prospects database on pipedrive.com
- Help with the production of video segments
- Write compelling content to be posted on our website and included in our regular electronic and print newsletters
- Perform editing of video segments
- Manage projects and workflows and be a self-starter
- Pitch relevant story ideas to media in an effort to garner press for our firm
- Assist with the generation of proposals for prospective clients
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:
- BA in Business, English, Journalism, Communications or Advertising
- 2+ years professional writing experience
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to be a team player and wear many hats as needed
Associate Forensic Examiner
Digital Forensic Examiner to learn the business and help grow our company.
- Conduct digital forensic examinations of digital media from a variety of sources
- Utilize industry accepted forensic tools
- Perform any necessary research
- Analyze data and investigative information
- Prepare clear and comprehensive notes for reports
- Interacts with clients on a regular basis, including assisting with the online marketing of services when not directly working on a project
- Provides expert testimony in a court of law as required
- Baccalaureate degree in Business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field from an Accredited University
- A leading forensic certification or extensive experience utilizing forensic software is required
- Computer forensics and information security experience
- Software/hardware testing experience
- Experience working with law firms and insurance companies is a plus but not required
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in confined spaces as needed
- Excellent reading, writing, and comprehension abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft-based computer programs, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Organized with the ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to clearly articulate findings to clients both verbally and in written form
- Confidence/charisma for public speaking engagements to small and large groups
- Ability to interact socially at mixed engagements with clients
- Proficiency in a language other than English a plus
